INTRODUCTION TO CELEBRITY SOFTWARE (PTY) LTD
Celebrity Software (Pty) Ltd has been in operation since 1993 and is based in Durban Central. Its main focus is on custom software development and is the sole distributor of Unify products in South Africa. We are focusing on developing partnerships to gain geographic coverage and technical synergies. All our new development is on Open Standards.
Description of Access to the Guide – Section 51(1)(b)
A guide as been compiled in terms of Section 10 of PAIA by the Human Rights Commission. It contains information required by a person wishing to exercise any right, contemplated by PAIA and is available in all of the official languages.

Details on how to make a request for Access to Information – Section 51(e)
The requester must complete Form C, and submit this form together with the requested fee, to the head of the private body.
The form must be submitted to the head of the private body at his/her address, fax number or electronic mail address of the body concerned.
The requester must provide sufficient details on the request form to enable the head of the private body to identify the record/s requested and to identify the requester.
The requester should also indicate which form of access is required and specify a postal address or fax number of the requester in the Republic.
The requester must identify the right that is sought to be exercised or to be protected and provide an explanation of why the requested record is required for the exercise or protection of that right.
If in addition to a written reply, the requester wishes to be informed of the decision on the request in any other manner, to state that manner and the necessary particulars to be informed in the other manner.
If a request is made of behalf of another person, the requester must then submit proof of the capacity in which the requester is making the request to the satisfaction of the head of the private body.
